Terms of service

These terms apply to ads ordered through ads.gsmkoya.net, run by GSM KOYA.

1. The service

GSM KOYA runs paid ads on Snapchat on your behalf using the content you upload. Each package gives a set number of days of advertising. The number of views depends on Snapchat's delivery and is not guaranteed.

2. Your content

You confirm you own the rights to everything you upload. Content must follow Snapchat's advertising policies. We may reject any order whose content we judge unsuitable.

3. Review by Snapchat

Snapchat reviews every ad independently. If Snapchat rejects an ad after payment, we will contact you to replace the content or arrange a refund of the unspent amount.

4. Payment

Payment is made after our review, through the accounts shown on your order. The ad starts only after the payment is confirmed.

5. Refunds

Once an ad has started running, the amount already spent cannot be refunded.

6. Contact

For any question, contact GSM KOYA through our official pages.
